Aayambil Oil starts on Sat 26 September 2009 until Sun 4 October 2009 (Aaso Sud 8 to Aaso Sud 15)
Navpadji Oli Tap festivals are considered to be Saswati, meaning permanent. It means Navpad Oli festivals exist in all time cycles (past, present and future). During these days, everyday worship is offered to the Navpad. Each day of nine days’ festival is devoted to nine pads of Siddhachakra.
Vitraag Shwetambar Jain Sangh has prepared a good document on Aayambil Oli (some of the contents are prepared based on our communication) which I attach herewith. What one should during Aayambil Oli is explained in this document. Please note that the document has Jain Panchang according to Sydney time NOT Melbourne time.
